Tanzbarer Indierock trifft auf laute Rock-Smasher, Rock’n’Roll schwingt gemeinsam mit knarzigem Soul das Tanzbein und grosse Hits mischen sich mit heißen Neuentdeckungen aus dem Untergrund! Für die musikalische Vollbedienung vom Plattenteller sorgen die DJs El D. und Mike Fast, die auch über Hamburg hinaus bekannt für ihr Engagement bei diversen Großevents (z.B. Rock am Ring/im Park, Nokia Air & Style, Visions Parties etc.) sind. Mit einer Testosteron geladenen Rockshow ist diesmal das belgische Trio 'Triggerfinger' on Stage. Ihr Sound ist einerseits rau, gleichzeitig tight, weich und sexy, andererseits laut und groovy und erinnert an Rocklegenden, wie Led Zeppelin, CCR, Deep Purple und anderen Meistern der Rockgeschichte. 'What Grabs Ya?', ihr drittes Album wird jetzt nun endlich auch bei uns veröffentlicht. Mit ihrer legendären Live-Show werden sie uns auf jeden Fall den Keller rocken!

Die Raufbolde von ENTDECK THE DRECK widmen diesen Abend allen schlimmen 80er Jahre highschool - tanz - whatever - Filmen mit Ausflügen in die Tanzflure der damaligen 80er und 90er Discozeit. Eine Beleidigung für die Ohren und ein Fest für die - nicht nur in die Jahre gekommenen - Tanzbeine! Von Madonna, Blues Brothers, Dirty Dancing, Ghostbusters, Michael Jackson und Co. wird der Volumeregler mal wieder auf Anschlag gedreht....Yeah, baaaabbyyy.....

Ripley's wreckstep raggaphonics slice through dubstep, street bass, juke, UK garage, hiphop, jungle, dancehall, breakcore, d'n'b, glitched-out breaks, kuduru, baile funk, bhangra and dub, sprouting new life on the dancefloor. On sunny afternoons, Ripley spins rocksteady. Ripley has caused total dance mayhem in 15 countries so far: in spaces like a re-purposed public lavatory underground in East London, a former commercial fishing ship off the cost of Rostock, an (initially) laid-back lounge in Oakland California, the Electrofringe music festival in Newcastle Australia, a half-squatted office space in downtown Riga, the basement of an Indian restaurant in Bristol, the Boston Children's Museum, alongside a riverbed in Mexico, and a medieval sailor's quarantine in Dubrovnik, as well as warehouses and clubs across America and Europe, in most places you'd think and some you wouldn't. Ripley's used her dj skills to support the Revolutionary Afghan Women's Association, Street/Action Medics of New York, Creative Commons and the Electronic Frontier Foundation Ripley was nominated for a San Francisco Museum of Modern Art Contemporary Art Award in 2010, been voted 'Best Dance DJ 2008' by the Sf Bay Guardian Readers' poll, and her monthly Surya Dub won 'Best Club Night 2007' in the same poll, and one year later the Guardian named Surya Dub 'Best Ambassadors of Dread Bass.' She's played alongside art-music luminaries like Kaffe Matthews, noted thereminist Pamelia Kurstin, as well as beat maniacs like Asian DubFoundation, The Bug, Drop The Lime, Vex'd, Dub Gabriel, Dizzee Rascal, Plastician, Dr. Israel, Flying Lotus, Toecutter, Mike Slott and many more. In the world of letters, Ripley examines global and subcultural property systems through the lens of law, especially investigating how people come to think they can own music as if it was a thing and not a practice. Treibende Moshparts und Breakdowns definieren den Stil von Aspersing Hosea, wobei eine wichtige Komponente nicht fehlen darf: Melodie. Die 'Breaking Metalcore' - Band aus Hessen, die seit November 2008 in dieser Konstellation besteht, legt sich in ihrem Genre nicht genau fest, da auch Post Hardcore und Mathcore Elemente in den Songs wiederzufinden sind. Nichtsdestotrotz erlangt die Musik durch gewollte Variabilität und Vielseitigkeit in sich einen hohen Wiedererkennungswert.
